Plasma is a state of matter. ... This substance which is formed at very high temperatures and consisting of ions is called a plasma. A Bose Einstein condensate is a state of matter as well. It consists of a dilute gas of bosons( integer spin particles like photons) at near absolute zero (0 Kelvin).
