I think all are equally stable since number of substitutions are 3 for all.

TheRevenant01: Actually , Carbocation, as we know , is electron deficient and needs an electron releasing group for its stabilization. NH2 and CH3 are both ortho-para activators but NH2 being a stronger activator increases the nucleophilic strength of ortho-Carbon(here)
