An internal frame involves doing what they want to do and using their own thoughts, feeling andframes as the authority. They take action without needing permission or approval from others (or even imaginary others).

An inertial reference frame is a reference framein which Newton's 2nd Law (and therefore Newton's 1st law) is valid, i.e., a reference framethat is not accelerating. Example 1: A traffic light turns green. The driver steps on the gas, accelerating.
