Explain pressure varies with depth pascal's law

According to Pascal's law , pressure inside a fluid increases with depth .


As the depth increases , the pressure in the liquid also increases.

Similarly , if the depth decreases , the pressure in the liquid also decreases.


Example:


The dams are made thick below.

This is to withstand the high amount of pressure in the depth of water.

The upper portion is thinner because there is no much pressure.
