Principle:-

solar panel work on the principle of photovolatic effect.....

Construction:-

solar panel is made up of silicon arsenic and silicon boron....... It also contain insulator.....the glass of solar cell is surrounded with a thin layer of silver...

ananyabirla55: Working:- when the sun rays fall over the glass of solar panel they get enter into it nd the free electrons make their path with the help of silicon arsenic and silicon boron.....when the free electrons make the own path then the electric current is induced and current flows...............then heat energy change into electrical energy.............
