Problems faced by small businesses include:

1) availability of funds or capital is the first and foremost problem that a small business owner probably faces while starting the business or at some point during the business.

2) competition from big companies and businesses is another problem faced by small businesses. Competition with other small businesses is healthy for small businesses but a competition with large and renowned businesses proves to be harmful to small businesses.

3) the production of sufficient products or goods is another main problem. This problem is generally faced by the business when the demand for the product rises and the small business owner faces a problem in producing large quantities.
