Here's your answer mate

The process in water changes its state from liquid to gas by evaporation in form of vapours and then forms clouds and finally comes back to earth in the form of Rain( water). And reaches the water surface. Then again it evaporates and forms clouds and comes back to earth and join the water surface. This cycles continues forever and ever.

It is also called Hydrological Cycle.
