Project life cycle is consider as the   4 steps process which  followed by the  project managers   at the time of the moving  via stage  of project  completion.  This project life cycle  is   initiation ,  panning ,  execution , monitoring & control,  finally closure then Project evaluating network techniques are such as the  CPM and  PERT so it will be more comfortable  for the customer  to get  an ideas of it.
