from the relation,v=u+at

squring both sides, We get

V2=(u+at)2

V2=U2+2.u.at+(at)2

=U2+2a(it+1/2at2)

V2=U2+2as [s=ut+1/2at2]

acceleration=rate of change of velocity

=change of velocity by total time taken

=final velocity-inital velocity by total time taken
