As per the rule, angle of incident and angle of reflection is same.

So, angle 1 and 2 are equal and similarly angle 3 and 4 are also equal.

And both mirrors are perpendicular to each other, incident angle for second mirror is 90 - angle 1.

Now, ray AC is making angle 1 with horizontal line, and final ray BD is making 90 - angle 4 with horizontal. And as angle 4 = 90 - angle 1, so BD is also making same angle as AC with plane.
