Note :

Regarding mitosis in plant and animals, it is a bit different like you will see :

*in plant cells, no aster will be formed as no centrosome is present. Hence mitosis in plants is said to be anastral. While in animal cells, centrosome is present & hence, asters are formed. In that case mitosis in animal is named as amphiastral.

*Further cytokinesis in plant cells take place by cell plate formation which is centripetal in nature (i.e starts from centre & move towards periphery), while in animal cells, cytokinesis takes place by cleavage furrow formation which is centrifugal in nature (i.e starts from periphery and goes towards centre.)

These are the highlighted differences between plant mitosis & animal mitosis.
