The brain and all its emergent properties come from nature, no?

I think it might be better to separate the science into "tangible" and "intangible".

In this way, what people refer to as "Natural" science is "tangible" science.

The subject of which one might "hold in their hand"; more aptly are physical entities.

Psychology is, I think most people might agree, almost wholly intangible, so yes, psychology is a "Social science".

Definitionally, psychology is a natural science. This is because "natural science" means a branch of science that is concerned with the description, prediction and understanding of natural phenomena (based on observation and empirical evidence) -- and psychology does it in with that definition.
