the public money shouldnt be used for ones pleasure because the money is collected from the people in the form of tax as to improve our country if we use it for our own selfish needs we would be betraying the people and the country wouldn't be improved without the money therefore it is necessary to use the money for the people and to improve our country and to not use it for ones own desires
