Explanation: Being a contemporary of Gandhi and Nehru, Lohia like them was reacting to the prevailing international political situation. His reactions are more systematic and studied. Basically he begins his inquiry by asking fundamental questions: what is the goal of human life? why should he live in a society or a state? Lohia himself replies. The main goal of every individual in a society is to develop his personality fully. If that goal is not realized in that particular society, in Lohia's views, the order which sustains that society is inadequate. Hence we need to change that order.
