The forest are depleting day by day of above reasons:

  • The beginning and the expansion of railways during this period led to the destruction of huge chunks of forests.
  • clearing of forest land for the purpose of cultivation has also led to the depletion of forest cover in the country.
  • Mining, grazing, development projects have contributed to the loss of forests. ...
  • Expansion of railway, agriculture, commercial and scientific forestry and mining activities have caused greatest damage.
  • After independence people start thinking that this is mine and because of this they start covering the land as much as possible.

hope it will help you.....

Natalyastephnovna: thnx bro
