An incident ray is a ray of light that strikes a surface. The angle between this ray and the perpendicular or normal to the surface is the angle of incidence. The reflected ray corresponding to a given incident ray, is the ray that represents the light reflected by the surface.

In geometrical optics, refracted ray is the light ray that emerges in the second medium at an interface between media of two different refractive indices. The refracted ray travels in a different direction from the incident ray due to the refractive index of the second medium.

reflected ray- the ray of light which bounces back or reflects back after incidence with a surface
refracted ray -the ray of light which bends from its path when it passes from one medium to another medium . Due to this process the direction and speed of light will change
hope it helped you
