Reflex action is that action which perform spontaneously n instantly in response to some object as we are not aware of that. It doesn't depend on the will of the animals.

Reflex action is the involuntary response given by the body to the stimulus.

  1. In case of reflex action, the receptors accept the stimulus.
  2. The stimulus is sent to spinal chord and indirectly to brain by sensory neuron for analysis .
  3. The brain analyse it and send response via motor neuron to sense organs.
