ANSWER:
Regular reflection: It is the reflection from a smooth surface such that the light rays are evenly parallel to each other and an image is formed. ... Irregular reflection: It is the diffused reflection from uneven surface such that the light rays are not parallel to each other and do not form an image.

Reflection:
Reflection is the process of bouncing back of an incident ray after it strikes a surface such as a mirror.
Regular reflection:
- Reflection from a smooth polished surface is known as regular reflection of light.
- The parallel incident rays which fall on the smooth surface remain parallel after reflection.
- Our image can be seen on the surfaces on which regular reflection takes places.
- Example:- Mirror, spoon, screens of digital devices such as phones, marble, etc.
Irregular reflection:
- It is also known as diffused reflection.
- Reflection from a rough and irregular surface is known as irregular reflection of light.
- The parallel incident rays which fall on the rough surface don't remain parallel after reflection.
- Our image can't be seen on the surfaces on which irregular reflection takes places.
- Example:- Any rough surface, such as wood, bed sheets, paper, etc.
