This is usually due to the long time it takes for them to be replenished. Renewable resources are replenished naturally and over relatively short periods of time.

non-renewable resources-their renewable is not possible at a human time scale.it takes millions of years for them to regenerate.


renewable resources- these are resources which do not get exhausted over time even after continuous usage. These type of resources get replenished quickly.
