Every cell in an animal requires oxygen to perform cellular respiration. Cellular respiration is the process by which animals take in oxygen and exchange it for carbon dioxide and water as waste products.

Heyaa folk,

Animal's cell needs an oxygen to perform well.

Hence, the animal cell does the respiration which is of cellular type.

They take oxygen and release carbon dioxide.

And they also release water as excretory waste.
