DEFINATION-

The process of releasing energy from the food is called respiration. the process of respiration involves taking in oxygen into the cells and using it for various activities.

TYPES-

1} ANAEROBIC RESPIRATION - NO presence of oxygen

2} AEROBIC RESPIRATION - oxygen is involved
