the constitution makes 2 main declarations against exploitation-

1-  prohibition of traffic in human beings and forced labour.

2-  prohibition of employment of children in factories.

the right against exploitation is provided in article 23 and 24 of constitution of india which provide 2 provisions namely ..abolition of trafficking in human being and begar (forced labour)
