The solution in which no more solute can be dissolved without increasing the temperature is called a saturated solution.
For example, solution of water and sugar.

Dear Student,
◆ Saturated solution -
- Saturated solutios are those which contain maximum conc of solute dissolved in solvent.
- In saturated solutions, solute dissolved is exactly equal to solubility of solvent.
- For example, 36 g NaCl in 100 ml of water forms a saturated solution at room temperature.
- If we try to add more solute to saturated solution, extra solute gets precipitated at the bottom.
Thanks dear. Hope this helps you...
