SECTION 377

During the British rule, in 1861 the Britishers made an law that Homosexuality is illegal. So, whoever following it they would be penalised with death sentence. After 157 years, on September 6 2018, Our Indian Supreme Court break this rule and states that it is legal in India and we don't have the rights to interfere in the personal affairs.

A company took a survey that 35% are involved in this activity. And maximum don't know the law itself. This is the sorrow of India that many are illiterated.

Here, the two major parties are Congress and BJP. Congress supports the statement and said that it is their right and we don't have any right to interfere. But BJP said that it is not correct. It is against our religions, Vedas or Upanishads.

We know that, the religious leaders too are opposing the homosexuality. So, we don't need any explanation why they are against it.

The Supreme Court implement it due to

1). If they are practising it, the parents itself will killing their own child due to their honour.

2) Many members are involved in Homosexuality. So, they abandon them to adopt a child. So, they can't able to become a parent.

3) Transgenders, were not respected equally.

To avoid those cruelties, the Supreme Court implemented this law.
