The three capacitors c1,c2,c3 are in series.

Charge of first capacitor Q1=c1v1

charge of second capacitor Q2=c2v2

charge of third capacitor Q3=c3v3

In series Q1=Q2=Q3=Q

Q=ceq

v=v1+v2+v3

Q/ceq=Q/c1+Q/c2+Q/c3

1/ceq=1/c1+1/c2+1/c3
