the simple present tense is when you use a verb to tell about things that happen continually in the present like every day, every week, every month,etc....,we use the simple present tense for anything that happens or is factual .Here are the examples;

  1. I am go to school every day
  2. we play outside after the school every day
  3. Every morning we eat our breakfast

In this sentences "go", " play", and "eat" are in simple present tense.That tells about the things happen in the present reapetedly. The simple present tense used the basic
