Single integrated judicial system means that all the administration in courts has to be based on same principle and has one apex court. In case of India Supreme court is the apex court which has high courts under it and so on.Single Integrated Judiciary means that: The Supreme Court is the head of the entire system. It not only supervises but also exercises control over the functioning of other courts. ... By the appeal, all the cases that come from the Lower court can be taken to the High Court and ultimately to the Supreme Court. There are single civil and criminal system that operates throughout the country and not separate sets of law.
