one morning the poet saw a heron which was white in colour and the heron was floating (gliding) along above the water. this makes her realise that, this bird is also a part of nature

second paragraph

firstly the heron was floating above the water and then in these lines she tells us that, the heroe was flying in the sky of same world to which we all belong to

third paragraph

in these lines the poet is talking about oneness of the nature, the every creature of the world is interconnected to each other in one or the other way sooner or later, as we all are aware of life cycle of ecosystem. so your it is said that everything is a part of everything else

fourth paragraph

in these lines she is saying that the oneness of the nature made her feel that she was also beautiful just like the world around her or we can say it made her feel that she is also beautiful part of this beautiful world
