Answer

The animals in polar region are likely to be adapt in two various ways. They have adapted to those climatic conditions whereas some animals cannot. So, they move from one place to other in search of perfect climate. This is almost done in polar regions.

Physical adaptations :

\bigstar Some animals such as polar bear and penguins live in polar regions. They have some extra protection from cold by which they can live in polar region.

\bigstar Polar bears have thick layer of skin or fat also known as fur in which they trap the warm air and store in their think layer of skin by which they doesn't feel cold.

\bigstar Penguins are birds which cannot fly due to their weight. They almost live in water bodies such as seas so that they can be warm throughout the day.

Migration :-

\bigstar Some of the living organisms doesn't have any extra features in them because of the same, they cannot live in such cold places. So, they migrate from place to place.

\bigstar Almost all birds in polar regions cannot live in cold surrounding. So, in the winter season they move to an other place where it is summer by which they live there for almost six months.

\bigstar When, that place get's winter season the birds also cannot live their. So, they come back to their permanent places in polar regions where they can live comfortably.
