Judicial Powers / Power to Pardon. Article 72 says that the President shall have the power to grant pardons, reprieves, respites or remissions of punishment or to suspend, remit or commute the sentence of any person convicted of any offence.

➡️Some judicial powers of the president of the India :-
1) He has powers defined in the Constitution.
2) He appoints the Judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts. 
3) He can remove a Judge if he receives an address to that effect from both Houses of the Parliament.
