Major sources of air pollution can be of two types-
1. Natural sources
They are :- volcanic eruption, forest fires,natural organic and inorganic decays or vegetative decays ,dust, pollen grains of flowers,fungal spores, radioactive materials.
2. Man made sources,
They are:- deforestation, burning of fossil fuels, emission from vehicles,rapid industrialization,modern agricultural pratices.
