very simple !!
Bcl3 as Bcl3 have Sp² hybridisation .
because it have 0 lone pair and 3 bond pair so it have hybridisation of Sp²
the shape of Bcl3 is trigonal planer .
which have bond angle about 120°
Sp² hybridisation is formed by overlapping of
1s + 2P => 3 Sp² hybrid orbital .
