Explain Specific Lantent Heat of Vaporisation and Fusion along with an experiment.

(1) the changing of water to vapour without change in temperature is called specific latent heat of vaporisation.
(2) the heat energy released during changing of substance from liquid to solid without change in temperature is called specific latent heat of fusion.
