• Spyware is unwanted software that infiltrates your computing device,by stealing your internet usage data and sensitive information. Spyware is classified as a type of malware — malicious software designed to gain the access to or damage your computer, often without your knowledge.

• Spyware" is mostly classified into four types: adware, system monitors, tracking cookies, and trojan horses.
• Spyware can attack your computer via the following means by opening infected email attachments such as .exe files

        It can lead to :-

• Identity theft.
• Fraud.
• Deletion, theft and corruption of data.
• A slow or unusable computer.
• Etc......

• Also spyware is able to harm the user who controls the computer, by redirecting web browser, diverting advertising revenue to a third party, installing additional software, and accessing websites blindly that may cause harmful viruses.
