squamous epithelium
- The skin, which protects the body is made up of squamous epithelium. It is further divided as columnar epithelium, ciliated columnar, simple squamous epithelium, glandular epithelium, cuboidal epithelium.
columnar epithelium.
- It is made up of tail, pillar like cells.
- it has elongated nulcei.
- found in inner lining of small intestine.
- facilitates movements across epithelial barrier.
