Explain stability of prinar secondary and tertiary carbocations

tertiary carbocations are more stable than secondary and primary carbocations because tertiary carbocation has three ch3 groups fullfilling the carbon cation by giving more elections to attain octet whereas in primary carbocation there are 1 ch3 and secondary carbocation has 2 ch3
