First, you have to make the denominators of both the fractions same -

1x2/3x2 = 2/6   ;    1x3/2x3 = 3/6

Now, multiply 10 to the numerators and denominators of both the fractions -

2x10/6x10 = 20/60  ;   3x10/6x10 = 30/60

Then, you can choose any rational number between 20/60 & 30/60.

E.g.., 21/60, 22/60, 23/60.......29/60.

By doing this method you can find infinite rational numbers between two numbers.
