Pre- requiste to understand my answer

1) Theory of Change of co-ordinate axes by angle theta ( here in anti- clockwise direction).

i.e. relationship between new co-ordinate x' & y' (new co - ordinate) and x & y (old co-ordinate).

2) Given is Homogeneous equation of pair of straight lines passing through origin.

My answer contains negative of what you have asked because it implies direction of rotation is opposite to what we assumed.

Hope, you understand my answer and writing and it may help you .

Anonymous: Edit x' = x cos Φ - y sin Φ and y' = ysinΦ+xcosΦ
Anonymous: In capture , and hence angle is same what we assumed , above edit nullify it . Sorry , for this discrepancy .
