☆Take proper diet

☆Preform Yoga and maintain fitness

☆Do not take things too seriously

☆Perform every activity with peace and interest

☆Consume water in sufficient amount

☆Sleep atleast 7-8 hours a day

Stress is any physical, chemical or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental unrest. Stress management is the technique or method of limiting stress and its effects by learning ways of thinking and behaving to reduce it.

Many things can trigger stress reaction including danger, threat, news, illness as well as significant changes in one's life like death of a loved one.

There are several ways in psychology to manage stress levels of an individual and for better working on daily basis :

● Adopting a positive attitude and looking at the brighter side of situations and things.

● Talking to self helps in the reduction of stress because when one can't talk to anyone else and those feelings that are within need to come out, self talk is the best way to do so.

● Meditation is also a good method to reduce stress and calm oneself.

● Breathing slowly brings a relaxing and calming feeling.
