Multicellular organisms can be much larger and more complex. This is because the cells of the organismhave specialised into many different types of cells such as nerve cells, blood cells, muscle cells all performing different functions.

\Large{\textbf{\underline{\underline{Unicellular\;Organism:-}}}}

In such organism single cell carries out all life processes with the help of organelles.

Examples :-

Brewer’s Yeast , Amoeba, Paramecium, Euglena, Phytoplankton, Slime molds etc.

\Large{\textbf{\underline{\underline{Multicellular\; Organism:-}}}}

Organism is made up of large number of cells. The cells are differentiated to share varied functions performed by unicellular organism.

Whatever the case may be all multicellular organisms start their life from single cell.

The multicellular organism represents itself in two form as an individual and as a member of assembly of cells
