The heart is divided into two halves.Each side of the heart has two chambers are called the atria (singular atrium)or auricles and the two lower chambers are called ventricles.There are valves between the auricle and the ventricle in the each side.

The right auricle opens into the right ventricle and the left auricle into the left ventricle.

Types 9d blood vessels are Arteries,Veins and capillaries.
