Explanation:

1. Tuberculosis or T.B. is a communicable, air - borne disease which is caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium Tuberculea. When this bacteria enters the human body, it secretes a substance called tuberculin. It mainly attacks the patient's lungs. The main problems that occur durung T.B. are

  • Breathlessness
  • Chest Pain

It can be prevented by immunisation of BCG vaccine (Bacillus Calmete Guerin vaccine). It can also be prevented by: -

  • Living in clean environment
  • Living in proper ventilated house

2. Cholera is a communicable, water - borne disease which is spread by contaminated food and water. It is caused by a bacterium called Vibrio Cholerea. This disease mainly attacks the small intestine of the human body. The main problems that can occur during infected by this disease are:-

  • Constipation
  • Loose motions

It can be prevented by the following ways:-

  • Safe drinking water
  • Balanced and Nutritional diet
  • Clean environment
