The Japanese tea ceremony is called Chanoyu, Sado or simply Ocha in Japanese. It is a cultural ritual followed by the Japanese people in which they prepare green tea , in Japanese called matcha and serve sweets for the balance with the bitter taste of bitter taste of the green tea.
