The features of constitution of France drafted in year 1791 are as follows-
i. Its main feature was, it limits the power of monarch.
ii.The power was not in the single hand, it is now separated and assigned to institutions- the legislative, executive and judiciary.
iii.It gave the Declaration of the rights of Man and Citizen.
iv. Only the men above 25 years of age who paid taxes equal to atleast 3 days of a labourer's wage were the active citizens and they were entitled to vote.
Remaining (Women,Children and youth below 25 years) were passive citizen, they cannot give their vote.
