One fact is that needs to be kept in mind and is that is every child id is unique and they grow at their own pace, we should not judge them based on the time frames or milestones pre-mentioned. Nothing is a thumb rule when you are grooming children.
1. The child should be able to speak properly at least the mother tongue in majority of cases. Some children can speak two languages too.
2. Ready for school and new environment around him.
3. Can comprehend simple instructions given.
4. A Child of four years age should be able to make new connections with other people.
5. Child can walk, run, jump, sit, play, aim, and understands challenge.
6. Should be able to express his hunger and washroom needs.
7. Hold pen/pencil properly and can write and color color with ease.
8. By this time the child has good hand- eye coordination.
9. Can take out toys and arrange them.
10. Loves to play tirelessly.
11. Can have control over their bladder and bowel.
