its a type of unemployment where people appear to be emploued but work less or act as employed.

example: a farming family with 3 sons where one is works but the 2 share their work only at times . They are disguisely unemployed

Disguised unemployment is also known as under employment. In this kind of unemployment, more than the required people are employed in a particular field.

Example:-

Service sector in urban areas : if in a family all ten members working in a shop or small family business when 5 are enough to work efficiently then those extra five members are actually unemployed.☺️☺️
