Antony predicts that the whole of the country will face a civil destructive war. Foul deedswill be so common that that the feelings of compassion will vanish from the minds of people. Mothers will smile when their infants die. All pity will be choked. The Greek goddess of revenge will roam the streets with Caesar's spirit taking revenge.

Mothers will smile when their infants die because they will not have any feelings. The whole country will be full of evil things and misdeeds that people will be left with no feelings of pain.
