Small definition-

Vaccination means to give medicines before the disease happens , means in this process ready made antibodies or dead antigens are put in the bodies for advancing immune system.

Ready made antibodies help so much because when a lethal or harmful bacteria comes in contact with organism our immune system get informed and it produces plasma cells by B lymphocytes but this process of producing antibodies is too slow that's why without vaccination we become ill but when the ready made antibodies are present then we do not fall ill .

When dead antigens are released in our bodies our immune system give response to those dead antigens by producing antibodies so we do not fall ill in this process and extra time to produce antibodies is given . In this process we produce our own antibodies.

So ,these are two methods of vaccinations as stated .

Some important examples of vaccines are- diptheria and tetanus
