Trignometry......
it is that branch of mathematics which deals with the measurement of angles and the problems allied with angles.
the value of each of the trigonometric ratios of any angle does not depend on the sides of triangle. it only depends on the angle.
TRIGNOMETRIC IDENTITY
an equation involving trigonometric ratios of an angle is equal trigonometric identities.

The word trigonometry is originated from the Greek word "tri" means three "gonia" means angle and "metron" means measure. Hence the word trigonometry means three angle measure I.e. it is the study of geometrical which have three angles I.e. triangle.
The great greek mathematician Hipparchus of 140BC gave, relation between the angles and sides of a triangle.
