PRINCIPLE OF MANAGEMENT

1) Division of work- divided whole work into small task

2)AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY- in an organization, there is need to balance between authority and responsibility

3)DISCIPLINE- discipline is the key of success of organization

4)UNITY OF COMMAND- " one task, one boss "

5)UNITY OF DIRECTION- follow the instructions of superior

6)REMUNERATION OF EMPLOYEE - the remuneration of employee according to their qualification

7)CENTRALIZATION AND DECENTRALIZATION - centralized means that the authority in hand of superior.... Decentralized means that the superior dispersed his authority

8) SCALOR CHAIN- in an organization. There is formal chain of communication are available.

9)ORDER- All men and material are available in their right place

10)EQUITY- there is on difference between sex,religion, caste, colour etc

11)SUBORDINATION OF INDIVIDUAL INTEREST TO GENERAL INTEREST - the employee should sacrifice their own interest to organization interest.

12) INITIATIVE - the employee should initiative towards their work.

13)STABILITY THE TENURE- the workers of employee don't leave organization frequently.

14)ESPRIT DE CORPSE- the employee. should change "I" into "WE"..
